One of my favourite maker of Porcelain has always been Meissen, this little Meissen Finch was badly glued to numerous breaks including the Tail, and more extensively on the head, and also had some areas missing, including the flower petals, stem, leaves and a medium hole in the side of its head.

The pieces were glued back in position and missing areas were colour filled with Fynebond tinted with dry pigments to match, the missing stem and petals were re modelled and painted, the break areas were also painted with Cold Glaze and the fine hand painting was put back in where it had been lost.
